Parents should not have to choose between paying rent and putting food on the table. Working single mothers deserve safe, affordable daycare because being a good parent means not sacrificing your career. Lower-income families should be able to afford housing instead of struggling to pay someone else's mortgage. Out-of-work veterans require job-training and psychological services to help them get back into the workforce. Our communities are diverse and differently abled in 2022. Habitat for Humanity GTA helps lower and modest income families move into adequate housing and build strength, stability and self-reliance through affordable homeownership. An affordable Habitat mortgage opens access to the housing market for the increasing number of families being priced out.

Trillium Housing is a new initiative creating housing affordability. Trillium Housing is dedicated to investing in the development of entry level ownership housing and to providing innovative financing to enable modest-income families to own their home.

The BlackNorth Initiative is on a mission to end anti-Black systemic racism throughout all aspects of our lives by utilizing a business-first mindset. BlackNorth is committed to the removal of anti-Black systemic barriers negatively affecting the lives of Black Canadians. BlackNorth projects include bursaries, youth initiatives, home-ownership, and work-live programs.

These items are collected from participating brand donors across Canada and distributed through trusted social service agencies and schools.

Spotlight Development has formed various joint ventures with recognized builders in the Greater Toronto Area for construction and development projects. The company currently has several projects in the pipeline, including a mixed-use building in Toronto at the corner of River and Queen Street East, in partnership with Liberty Development.
